Lisa is a very much sought after instructor on the North Shore, and she invites you to a complimentary session of Yoga Flow Now! It will be an exclusive experience held inside the Beyond Fitness Performance Center, located at 151 S. Pfingsten Road Ste. V/W. Once you enjoy the complimentary session, join us for a 4-week introductory yoga series starting:
Regularly Scheduled Classes (All Levels)
Wednesdays 9:30AM -10:30AM
Thursdays 4:30PM-5:30PM
Fridays 8:00AM-9:00AM
Cost is $20 (for one-hour scheduled class)
